As many of you already know, Jason was suddenly stricken with ALS in April 2016. This invasive and predatory disease has forever changed the lives of Jason and his family. A once healthy and active man has become bound to a motorized wheelchair and has lost all ability to care for himself.

 

Due to the condition, Jason lost his job and this has contributed to financial hardship for he and his wife, Taylor. In-home care for someone with ALS is not cheap and is not covered by insurance (100% out of pocket) and we are looking to raise $15,000 to pay for bills that are accruing (along with future financial needs). If you are able to contribute any amount that helps us meet this goal, you will have played a greatly appreciated role in relieving a tremendous amount of stress from Jason, Taylor and family, while allowing Jason to continue living at home and receiving the care he needs.
