My name is Jason and I live in north ga. I am hoping that y’all would be willing to help me due to medical issues that leave me unable to work. I am sorry to be in a position where asking for help is necessary but unfortunately it is one of my last options.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure due to viral myocarditis. Basically I had the flu bronchitis and pneumonia at the same time and my body attacked my heart causing it to swell and get floppy instead of being firm like a muscle. I had to leave my job when corona virus was at its peak due to high risk of complications if I got it. I was staying afloat selling my personal items until a few weeks back when I suffered a stroke in my cerebellum causing mobility issues, migraines, vertigo and loss of feeling in some of my left side. Having no insurance meant the hospital helped me but only enough to send me home. The assistance with therapy and relearning the things I struggled to do did not come because after they sent me home with appointments to follow up one by one the places I was scheduled to visit called telling me without insurance I would have to pay up front.
I have no way of paying my bills and rent and that’s why I have created this GoFundMe. Again I am sorry to sit here with my hat in hand and ask people to give what they worked so hard to earn but if you are willing I would be grateful for the assistance.
