Help Jason Beat Cancer and Walk Again

Hi, my name is Mike and I am trying to raise funds for a great friend Jason Reams. Today he is in need of help and is fighting for his family and his life. Jason was devastated from a house fire this May that took everything from him. He walked away luckily with his family, but all his lifetime belongings were taken from the fire. He had not yet recovered from this tragedy when yet again another battle was put in front of him. Jason was diagnosed with a rare form of Bone Cancer known as Osteosarcoma. After the fire Jason started suffering from extreme pain in his abdomen and pelvis. He soon found that there was a 5 inch mass attached to his pelvic bone. Jason has been in extreme pain and has lost his ability to walk. He has been to many hospitals while Doctors tried to figure out the best way to treat this Cancer. Jason has been away from his job and is trying to gather funds amidst the pain. He is traveling to Pittsburgh on a regular basis and has just got his chemo port put in this Wednesday September 1. He will be going through 12 weeks of aggressive chemo. After that, they plan to remove parts of Jason's hip joint and pelvic. Jason will have a long recovery and we pray that therapy and prayers will get him to walk again and back to enjoying the good things in life. Jason will be making many trips to and from Pittsburgh Medical. He has lost all belongings, his job, and is in desperate need of money. His other challenges and ways people can help or contribute would be: Gas cards, a wheelchair, Hotel stays in Pittsburgh, help with his dog, he has no bed and needs a new mattress to be comfortable, any and all to ease his burden.
