In April of 2021, Jason Bean’s life took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bladder Cancer.
His cancer has become more aggressive and has now metastasized rapidly spreading through the muscle walls of his bladder and into his lymph nodes. He has also developed plasmacytoid carcinoma in addition to an autoimmune response to the cancer cells invading his body (acquired myasthenia gravis). Second and third opinions were sought out and it has been determined that nothing further can be done. He has been given 6 months to live and will be admitted to Hospice Care as needed.
The pride of Jason’s life is his 17-year-old son, Jackson.
Jackson will be graduating from high school this year. Jason’s motivation for battling cancer is to see his son graduate. Jason is hoping to not burden Jackson with financial debt related to medical and funeral expenses. This fundraiser is, therefore, an opportunity to relieve Jason and his son Jackson of all the expenses that come with a diagnosis and battle like this.
The only thing Jason should have to focus on right now is medical care and spending quality time with his family.
This page was created in response to a large number of requests to help Jason. Please consider donating.

Please keep Jason and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
