Help Jason and J.T. Keep Their Home

We need your help. As many of you know, I went through a not-so-great divorce about a year ago. I am on a fixed limited income and I am also the sole caretaker of J.T., who we're still trying to get benefits for. In the last several months, I've been hospitalized due to both cardiac and kidney issues related to my autoimmune system. Due to being out of network with some things and several ambulance transports, we slowly started getting behind on our rent. Without our knowledge, our rent was fluctuating and not showing up on statements, and we started to get higher bills. While we tried to work with the management company, we ran into issues of them not responding. We went 4 months without a landlord and just could not get straight answers. We then got a letter saying April 1 our rent dropped but can't confirm this yet. However, we need to have $4,600 paid by 4:00 PM on May 30th, or J.T. and I will lose our housing immediately. We've exhausted all possibilities. We are able to get some aid, but the more we can help them, the more they can help us. This really has me worried about my health and J.T.'s stability. I will be going back to work in June, and if you're able to help on a loan-type basis, I would be open to that. I hate having to do this, but life for some reason is pissed at me.
