Help Jason and His Family Through Health Crisis

Hi my name is Jason, I'm a father of 2, and recently unemployed trucker(due to illness in description). I was recently diagnosed with new onsetHeart failure, Renal failure, liver failure, and type 2 diabetes as a result of unchecked walking Pneumonia. I thought I just had a cold and was trying to self treat up until shortness of breath, extreme constipation and inability to hydrate forced me to leave work early and go to the ER. My boss misclassified me as a 1099 and it's causing ridiculous hardship delaying benefits while the bills are adding up. I set the amount at 10k because I don't know if and when I'll get help and the prescriptions are around 1k a month(yes I'm taking Jardience and insulin that are still expensive with the insurance and discount cards. Please help.
