Help Bring "In Her Head " to Life at the Hollywood Fringe Festival!

Hi friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m thrilled (and a little terrified) to be putting on my debut play, In Her Head, this June as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival!

In Her Head is a dark comedy about what happens when your emotions take over — think Inside Out parody meets adult meltdown. I’ve poured everything I have into writing and producing this story, and now I need a little help getting it across the finish line.

This story comes from a deeply personal place. Over the last few years, I’ve worked incredibly hard to earn my graduate MFA degree while navigating my own mental health journey. Creating this play has been a way to make art out of those experiences.

As a young, Black woman who is deeply passionate about theatre, it means the world to tell stories that reflect complex emotional lives, especially in ways that center Black voices and humor. Getting to share this with a live audience is a dream come true.
