Help Jasmine Overcome Her Health Struggles

Jasmine is a sweet 6-year-old pitbull mix. Last year, she had a major stroke and now has complications. She has a megaesophagus, laryngeal paralysis, her left eye doesn't blink, and she needs to see a neurologist because she collapses from time to time. Please help Jasmine get better.
