My name is Annika Cole and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Jasmine Nanclares' family and particularly her daughter, Izabella. Tragically, we lost Jasmine on November 15th of this year (Click here to read Jasmine's obituary) I wanted to do something to help her family during this difficult time as they are more than deserving of this kindness. During such a hard time, having one less thing to worry about can make a difference.

The donations will help her family pay for any financial burdens stemming from this tragedy, including funeral expenses and memorial services, but also particularly aid them in caring for Jasmine's daughter, Izabella Jayde Kukacka, as Jasmine was her sole provider.

While Jasmine will continue to live on everyday in the hearts, thoughts and prayers of the countless people whose lives she blessed, one of those lives was her beautiful daughter Izabella. Being that Jasmine was her daughters primary provider, Jasmine's family has taken on that role as well as everything that comes along with that. While, of course, we are not able to take away all the struggles her family is currently facing and nothing can replace growing up without a mother, this is one thing that we, as her community, can help with.

Please keep Jasmine's spirit alive by sharing her stories, carrying on with her traditions and continuing the activities she loved and that lit up her soul. Even if you are not able to donate, please send your prayers and thoughts.
