This is Jasmine. I have known Jasmine since she was 9. She is 24 and a single mother of a 6-year-old. Unfortunately, she has been in an unexpected situation where her son’s father decided to shoot her point-blank in Jasmine’s face. He has injured another individual and shot and killed two of her friends, then took his own life. She has had a reconstruction of her lower jaw and is on a feeding tube.
