Help Jasmine and Her Family Through Cancer Battle
Donation protected
I am reaching out to share the story of an incredible young woman who I have had the privledge to mentor and advocate for, Jasmine, who has shown remarkable strength and resilience in the face of unimaginable challenges the last for years. At just 17 years old, Jasmine has been diagnosed with a rare form of Sarcoma cancer, which has brought a host of trials that no one should have to endure.
Since her diagnosis in April 2025, Jasmine has been in a rigorous treatment plan, including daily radiation, chemotherapy every three weeks, and several surgical procedures, with more on the horizon. Her treatment will continue through October 2025, requiring consistent hospital visits that are both frequent and demanding.
As Jasmine battles this illness, her family is facing significant financial strains. They have to stay in hotels near the hospital, navigating a 40-minute commute between facilities while managing essential expenses like food and gas. Additionally, Jasmine requires 24/7 care and supervision, which unfortunately means her mother is unable to work during this critical time.
Jasmine has always been a fighter, and she is channeling her spirit into fundraising efforts of her own—baking brownies, cookies, making bracelets and running lemonade stands—all to contribute to her families costs. However, the financial burden remains heavy, and we are seeking your support to help alleviate some of their struggles.
We are establishing this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds that will go directly towards covering Jasmine’s expenses, transportation, accommodations, and daily living costs during her treatment. Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in ensuring that Jasmine and her family can focus on her recovery without the constant worry of financial strain.
Thank you for taking the time to read Jasmine's story. With your support, we can not only help her continue her fight against cancer but also show her that she is surrounded by a community that cares and believes in her strength.
