Hi! I’m Jasmine, and I am currently a musical theatre major at Texas State University. Due to unfortunate and detrimental circumstances, my family is currently under a lot of financial hardship, making it nearly impossible for me to afford rent. My mother is a single mother of 3 who works extremely hard just to support us. She is not able to afford to support me living in a different state as well, and I am currently attempting to break my lease and move into a cheaper apartment. In order to successfully continue my time at Texas State I will be working a part time job along with my schooling, but that unfortunately still won’t be enough to cover my rent. I love Texas State and I hope to be able to stay with your help!
