Hi, my name is Jasmeen. I’m 22 years old, a recent college graduate, and I’m currently navigating one of the most difficult times of my life. I recently shared my story of surviving domestic violence on TikTok, and I’ve been overwhelmed by the support from people who want to help me find safety and stability.

Right now, I am between housing, low on funds, and doing everything I can to secure a safe place to live while I look for steady work. On top of this, I manage PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), which makes proper nutrition critical for my energy, health, and ability to keep going.

Why I’m asking for $10,000

I want to be transparent about how this goal will be used:

Safe housing deposit & first month’s rent: $3,000–$4,000

Groceries & nutrition support for 3–4 months: $1,500–$2,000

Transportation, moving costs, & essentials: $1,000+

Emergency buffer while securing stable income: $2,000–$3,000
