We're launching our dream food truck business — and we need your help to bring it to life! Our initial goal is modest, but every donation helps us grow faster, serve better, and reach more communities. It all started when I sat down and started thinking about a great way to start a business that would serve the community I grew up in as well as surrounding communities. There aren't many Mexican/Taco options in our area, and I wanted to start shaking things up by introducing a new option into the market.

About Us:
Jasen Lentz
I have 30+ years of IT experience, with experience running a nonprofit cat rescue and managing and interacting with people. I have a bachelor's in Computer Science and a master's in Education.

Melissa Koontz
She is an owner of several successful businesses and has a shrewd sense for business. Her expertise and knowledge are valuable assets to the company!

Our Goals are as follows:

Risks and challenges
There are risks in starting any type of business. Some of the risks we may encounter would be difficulty getting the required funding to purchase a truck to operate the business, Lack of public interest and support, Problems securing reliable food suppliers. None of these are insurmountable and may delay our goal of starting operations in April 2026.
