Help Jarmele and Mark After the Fire

Donation protected
On Sunday, December 14th, a devastating house fire turned Jarmele and Mark Fairclaugh’s lives upside down. Their home on Kincaid Street in Garfield is severely damaged, and they cannot return or retrieve their belongings. With Christmas ten days away, they are suddenly displaced with no place to stay and no access to clothing, food, or basic necessities. They need help right now.

For years, Jarmele and Mark have been the people this community could always count on. They’ve volunteered, supported neighbors, and given their time to anyone who needed it, never asking for anything in return. Today, they urgently need that same support.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward immediate essentials: emergency housing, warm clothing, toiletries, and replacing the critical items lost in the fire. The next 24–72 hours are especially crucial. Even the smallest donation will have an immediate impact on their safety and stability.

Please donate if you’re able and just as importantly, share this with others. Let’s move quickly to make sure Jarmele and Mark aren’t facing this crisis alone. They’ve always been there for Garfield. Now it’s our turn to be there for them.

my name is Nina Gibbs and I work for the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation and I am setting up the campaign for Jarmele and Mark while they deal with the fire issues. All funds will go directly to them not me.
