Help Jari Heal

On Thursday, August 26, our dear friend and longtime local, Jari Bell suffered a stroke and was flown flight for life to Denver. She is on the long road to recovery and she needs your help! There are many costs that are not covered by insurance such as medical expenses and future rehabilitation. Many of you know Jari from her longtime tenure at the Breckenridge Golf Course, her years of service at Breckenridge Ski Area or from Fatty’s happy hours with her best friend and husband, Eric Bell. Every dollar donated will go straight to her medical needs and is greatly appreciated as they navigate through this difficult time. Please spread the word so they can feel everyone’s hope and generosity.

Hi everyone, I am still figuring out the Go Fund Me piece in partnership with Jessie, from Fatty's,  who set the page up.  Here is an update, please share!  Just spoke to Eric and Jari, her speech is good and she sounds really positive.  They are both so thankful for all the donations, including the card and gift from Ladies Golf League and the Golf Course Staff.  Due to COVID she can only have one visitor a day, and Eric is there every day.  Also no flowers,  limited to one that came from the Golf Course Staff.  She is showing improvement daily and doing new tasks, including walking around with and without the walker!  Eating and brushing her teeth are  challenging but she is sticking with it.  That is all for now, keep the link going and thanks again for your support.  Hilary and Ric.
