My name is Jared, Im 42 years young, I live near Lake Erie and I'm a single Father of four with a Grandson. Recently I was feeling discomfort in my chess area and decided to go into the hospital to be checked. My Life will forever change from this visit. Upon multiple tests, The Dr's diagnosed me with esophageal cancer that may of spread to my lymph nodes. In order to find out more information about the details of this cancer it requires alot of further tests that the out of pocket expenses are difficult to handle for myself and my family. I've never asked a soul for a thing in my life until now.
