My name is Jaquavion, and I’m reaching out because I recently lost my job and, as a result, fell behind on rent. The job market and minimum wage in South Carolina have made it incredibly difficult to find sustainable work, and this has led to my eviction and the very real challenge of facing homelessness. On top of these challenges, I am a single father to a wonderful 7-year-old daughter. My greatest responsibility is making sure she has a safe and secure place to call home, even as I work through these tough times.

The funds raised will go directly toward securing temporary housing, covering the cost of food, and purchasing essential hygiene supplies. I’m also hoping to get a gym membership so I can have access to a shower and maintain my health and dignity while I search for new employment. Every bit of support will help me take steps toward stability and a brighter future for both myself and my daughter.
