My name is Karina Plemmons and I am fundraising for my sister Janina and brother-in-law Rafael Espina. Rafael has been battling cancer for the past 3 years, and is no longer able to work. He is currently in the hospital.

Janina is a public school teacher, so losing Rafael's income has tremendously impacted their finances. Insurance doesn't cover the entirety of his very expensive treatments. They are wonderful people who have always been there for me and many others, and now need help too. Anything that can help them cover their household bills and medical expenses would be a huge help.
