Help Janie with income loss due to broken leg.

Hi my name is Jane. I'm 57 years old. I live in Lee's Summit, a suburb of Kansas City. When I recently broke my left leg in half I also severed my income as an independent contractor with Door Dash. I worked every lunch & dinner shifts during the week.  Last year I broke my right leg and fell down stairs while door dashing.  Having two femur breaks within 2 yrs has really been hard but I will persevere. I have weak bones due to arthritis. With this broken femur I am on no weight bearing for 10 weeks which means I cannot work at all. The problem is I do not have any income coming in while recuperating. I have lots of bills to pay. Any help is needed and gratefully appreciated.
