My name is Janette Eikleberry and the health issues I have currently are I am a Type 2 diabetic with neuropathy in both feet up to my ankles and also I have proliferative diabetic retinopathy in both of my eyes and bi-lateral carotid stenosis which led to me having multiple TIA’s and a stroke last year in Oct 2024 and led me to have two brain bypass surgeries in Nov 2024 and Dec 2024 forty days apart as well as having a blood transfusion in Nov 2024 after the first brain bypass surgery and then I also have multiple uterine fibroids causing me to become critically anemic in June of 2025 and having to have three more blood transfusions I also have a pressure sore on my left foot at the ball of it as well as I had DKA - diabetic keto acidosis in 2023 causing me to go into two seizures and the second seizure on the way to the hospital was so bad it broke my left shoulder so I hurt from head to my feet all the way down my spine it pops and my hip aches as well as my low back and abdomen. Due to all of these things I have been unable to work for over a year and I need to be able to cover rent and utility bills as well as other expenses will you please consider helping me out?
