Help Janet and Grace, they’ve lost everything

Hi, my name is Chandlynne, Janet’s oldest daughter. December 22nd at 10:30 I got a call from Grace letting me know that the house was on fire. My mom, Grace and both dogs made it out safely, by the grace of god. By midnight, everything was determined a total loss and now my mom, sister and dogs only have the clothes on their backs going into Christmas. The situation as to what lead to the fire is FORMALLY unknown, but we know it was not started within my my moms home. My mom has been through a lot, and she’d never think in a million years to ask for help, so I’m doing this on her behalf. I’ve asked her multiple times if there is anything she wants and she simply replies, “my mom”, and my grandma passed away earlier this year.
