We are raising funds to help cover the funeral expenses for our beloved Jane after her sudden and heartbreaking passing.

On the 20th February 2026, Jane began experiencing chest pain so her partner of 43 years, took her to the NHS walk-in centre in Norwich. They arrived at 6:30pm and clearly explained to staff that Jane was suffering from chest pain. Despite this, they were turned away because the centre was closing at 7pm.

They returned to their car with every intention of driving straight to the hospital. Tragically, while stopped at traffic lights, only five minutes down the road, Jane collapsed and passed away before she could receive the medical attention she needed.

Police happened to be nearby who immediately performed CPR until emergency services arrived. A lovely man named David was present and also helped. We are devastated and angry that Jane asked for help and did not receive it. No family should be left wondering "what if?" after doing the right thing and seeking medical care.

Jane's adult disabled son, Scott, witnessed this heartbreaking event alongside her partner Terry. Scott has now lost not only his mother, but his primary carer and constant source of support.

We are raising funds to help cover Jane's funeral expenses and ease the financial pressure on her family during this unimaginable time. Many of us are on limited incomes, and the sudden cost of arranging a funeral is overwhelming.
