Help Janelle's Family in Their Time of Grief

Hi, I am Stephanie Sam. Our Family has suffered a loss of a loved one. Her name was Janelle Sam from Many Farms, Az. She left at a very young age battling a genetic disorder she was born with. We did not find out of her disorder until recently. She was in and out of the hospital with no clear diagnoses. She fought until she could no longer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
