We’re starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear friend, Jane Ratliff, someone we admire deeply. She’s spent decades working in leadership roles, caring for others, and doing everything “right”—but life has taken a difficult turn.

In March 2024, Jane’s divorce was finalized. The court awarded her funds and personal items, but more than a year later, she hasn’t received any of it. Ongoing legal proceedings prevent her from sharing more details, but what we can say is that this has left her emotionally drained and financially vulnerable.

Jane has already spent over $10,000 in legal fees related to the divorce, simply trying to secure what’s rightfully hers. After a lifetime of hard work, Jane never expected to be starting over at 66—without the financial security she earned.

She didn’t want to ask for help. But those of us who love her know it’s time to show up for her.

This fundraiser is to help Jane recover from the legal costs and give her a path forward. Every dollar will go directly to covering these expenses and helping her breathe again.
