Greetings! 

My name is Jana, and I have lived (on and off) at this property since June of 1993. My former partner and I purchased the home when my father passed away in April of 2020, so he co-owns the home with me. The property was rented, and I lived in the Northeast with my partner until that relationship ended in May 2024. Simultaneously, in May, I fell and broke my back. A few months later, the renters moved out. 

Family moved in to help, but that did not work out financially. I have also tried, unsuccessfully, to rent out rooms, though I am advertising currently for a roommate. 

 My physical limitations keep me from working a normal, full-time job. I have been fighting for disability for over 3 years. I had a stroke in 2021 that resulted in left sided deficits, extreme vestibular disturbances, and visual impairments. I am trying with my whole being to save this property and turn it into a private campground/rustic retreat/BnB. The funds raised from this GoFundMe will allow me to catch up on payments and bills from this past year and help propel me forward into sustainability.
