Help Ja’Miracle's Family in Their Time of Grief

My daughter, Ja’Miracle Jenesis Hardrick, was born on May 16th, 2023. In her short life, she faced many medical challenges, including being diagnosed with the rare genetic condition Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. This syndrome came with a number of complications, including failure to thrive, a heart defect, GI issues, and so many more things that, as a family, we never expected.

On October 20th, 2024, I came home and checked on my daughter. I immediately noticed that she was very blue, and I laid my hand on her chest. I didn’t feel anything and immediately called Dad in to assist me because I knew she wasn’t breathing. After what seemed like forever, my daughter was rushed away by EMS with Dad, where they performed CPR until she was officially pronounced dead at Hugh Spalding Children’s Hospital.

After such an unexpected death, as a family, we are left to bury our daughter. This is an extremely hard loss for my family after just welcoming a baby on October 17th, 2024! Please think about helping me and my family.
