My name is Jamie Van Pelt, and I am asking for help to renew and upgrade my 100-Ton Master Captain's License so that I can drive boats again. The amount I am requesting will cover the required courses at a US Coast Guard-approved school, study materials, exams, and certifications. Once my license is renewed, I will once again be able to work on large boats and provide for my family. I have overcome some personal and health challenges over the last few years, but I am ready to put my skills to use. Any help toward my goals would be deeply appreciated.
