Our mother, Jamie, was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2023. After a double mastectomy in July 2023 and a second surgery in July 2024, we are incredibly grateful to share that she is now cancer-free. Her journey isn’t over yet, though — she still needs a third surgery this December, which means more time off work and more medical and everyday bills piling up. We’re creating this GoFundMe to help ease that burden, even though she definitely told us not to make one (sorry, Mom — we love you too much to listen). We’re reaching out during this urgent time so she can focus fully on recovery without the financial stress.
