Hi, my name is Jamie and I am a single mom who has always struggled with making ends meet.

I recently have had car trouble; it was getting worse and worse, and before I ended up on the side of the road, I finally took my car in to be looked at. There are quite a few things that need immediate attention. I have a great mechanic who is willing to get started on the repairs if I can at least come up with the cost for the parts, and then I can make payments on the labor charges.

The total cost for the work needing to be done is $1821.99. I have already paid $230.00. Parts cost is $941.56 and labor cost is $802.75. We still need $711.56 so he can start the repairs. Our car has already been at the shop for three weeks, and it's so difficult being stuck at home for this long.
