Help Jamie get a new wheelchair

Jamie has waited more than a year for a new chair. Due to the changes in healthcare/laws/policies, they will no longer fund a chair for him. He often gets stranded in a parking lot, by his car, or leaving a business or his house when the wheel gives out . It's sad that the only way a person gets around is still ignored as a medical necessity. Please help James Ricker be safely mobile again and be able to do many of the daily things we take for granted.
