My name is Jamie, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a really difficult time. After a recent medical issue, I fell behind on my rent and was evicted from my apartment. Now, I’m staying in a hotel with my two cats, doing my best to keep us safe and together. I recently started working at Target, but unfortunately, my hours were cut, and it’s been a struggle to cover even the basics. Every day, I worry about what will happen if I can’t find a way to get back on my feet soon.

The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward a deposit and first month’s rent for a new apartment, as well as covering hotel costs until I can secure a stable place to live.
