Hey guys my name is Brittany,
My 37-year-old brother, Jamie Mospanchuk, was recently diagnosed with lymphoma after several months of illness and an initial misdiagnosis at a local hospital. He has now been hospitalized for over a week, having used his remaining vacation and sick days, and had already exhausted much of his time off while sick at home. His partner, who is also caring for two children, has had to miss work to remain by his side during ongoing tests and medical procedures.
As a result of his lymphoma, Jamie is also facing serious complications, including a broken shoulder and fractures in his hip and spine adding to the challenges he will face during treatment and recovery.
- While disability benefits will provide some income, they will not cover the full loss of wages, and living expenses such as rent, bills, and daily necessities. We have created this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden so Jamie can focus entirely on his healing and recovery.
