Standing with Jamie in Her Fight

In March 2024, our world turned upside down when Jamie was diagnosed with breast cancer. What doctors first feared was stage 4 turned out to be stage 3, and she endured it all—16 weeks of chemo, a double mastectomy, and 33 rounds of radiation. By Christmas, we thought she had beaten it.

But just months later, new tests showed the cancer had spread. In August 2025, Jamie underwent brain surgery to remove two tumors. She is now facing stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer—a form that cannot go into remission. Her only option is weekly chemo for the rest of her life, while we also search for clinical trials and hospitals offering new hope.

Jamie is not just a fighter—she’s a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She’s the kind of mom who shows up with unconditional love, steady advice, and a laugh when you need it most. She’s the one behind the wheel of her beloved Jeep Wrangler on sunny days, windows down and music up. She’s happiest at home with her pets curled around her, a good book in hand, or gathered with family over Sunday dinners. Her children and grandchildren are her pride and joy, the reason she continues to fight so fiercely.
