Last week our good friend, Jamey, went into the emergency room looking to get treated for pneumonia. Well, a bad case of pneumonia suddenly turned into a diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia, an aggressive form of blood cancer that attacks the immune system. Out of nowhere, it was a huge shock of terrible news for Jamey, Becky and their three kids.

Jamey will be staying in the hospital for the next month (or more) undergoing intensive chemotherapy. It will not be easy. In fact, it will be the toughest fight he has ever fought. But for those of you who know Jamey you know he will kick cancer’s butt. No doubt.

For all of you family and friends we are asking that you please donate what you can to assist Jamey, Becky and the kids financially while Jamey fights this battle. During this time the family will be reliant solely upon Becky’s income. Let’s help ease their stress regarding all the upcoming medical bills and other day to day bills so that they can focus on the most important thing right now…getting Jamey better.
