Hi my name is rachael and i run ludgershall parents and carers sen stay and play . One of our young lads james is 13 years old and fighting brain cancer. James has down syndrome and autism.

James is the most caring and giving boy i have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. James and his mum heather are in for a very long journey with treatment and hospital visits for chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We would like to raise enough money so once james has kicked cancers butt we can get him to disney land paris with his mum to meet his real life super heroes. Any one that knows James will know he himself has raised a lot of money for charity doing superhero triathlons and more. Let's give him something back.
