I've been on the road since late June cycling towards Asia, having started in the UK, Europe.

My main goal is to cycle to India, visit the main sites of the Buddha & meet some Buddhist teachers there.

I hoped to do this by my own efforts, cycling as much of the way as possible & through having worked & saved for over 2 years before.

I also wished to go further into South East Asia. But due to some setbacks & difficulties, I already had to let go of plans to go to South East Asia. 

But now it seems likely that even if I make it to India, then I will have to leave shortly after arrival, not having reached my main goal of Bodhgaya, Bihar in the north east.

I've ridden 7,500 km from UK to China already. There is just 800 km of cycling to go until I reach North West India & 2,000 km to Bodhgaya east of there.
