Help James through his recovery

My brother James was in an accident where a huge part of a rotted tree hit him in the head. He has a fractured sternum, skull, cheek on his left side and bleeding in his brain. He is also recovering from pretty serious whiplash from the incident. James is currently in the ICU unit in Medford, OR. He is looking at around 6 months minimum to make a recovery so he will be out of work and not being able to move, leaving his fiance Ali to pay all the bills and take care of everything else, as well as take care of him. Please help make him comfortable and not have to worry about bills and recover as best as possible.
