Hello, my name is James and this GoFundMe is to help pay property taxes on my grandparents property that I have inherited.

Both of my grandparents passed last year within a six month span and my family and myself have inherited their property. Due to the funeral costs as well as my mother's medical costs for stage three kidney failure I have no savings left and have approximately six weeks left to pay the taxes on the property or a lien will be placed on it. My end goal is to live in that house but between other financial responsibilities and my current apartment lease I'm unable to invest the money into the property to fix it and clear it out.

I've called the property appraisers office and local tax office to see what options there are for payment plans and there are none outside of paying the whole sum up front.

I'm just looking for enough funds to cover the property taxes which are due by May 31st so we don't lose the property or have to pay even more fees.

I know this is a large sum of money and I'm uncomfortable asking but I direly need the assistance.
