Help James Replace His Stolen Equipment
Donation protected
This is my good friend James Menear, He’s an audio/production professional here in Vancouver, Canada. He has toured with Jlo, Pitbull and countless other touring acts, local bands and musicians across North America. James is also a single dad to a beautiful little girl.
Over the last year James has done his best to provide for his daughter and keep himself afloat after the pandemic completely wiped out his industry. James and many other like him have had their livelihoods vanish almost overnight.
The morning March 20th James was on his way to a production meeting in Vancouver When he stopped to pick up doughnuts for the crew. As long as it took him to run in and grab a dozen someone smashed out his car window and stole his tech bag. It contained his laptop, iPad, interface, headphones and several other items he needs to do his job.
If he had left his gear in the vehicle overnight then I wouldn’t feel compelled to help as we all know that would be his own damn fault. But this is not the case.
I want to help him replace his stolen equipment. If you know James and have worked with him you know how much he goes out of his way to do the job right.
This last year has been very difficult for so many in the music industry, especially for the productions teams who have had their entire works lives disappear.
Donate if you can and an lets help out a good man replace some of his tools so he can get back to doing what he does so well.
Thank you
