We met James when he reached out to our rescue in a moment of deep need. His heart is only working at 3%, and because of his illness, he’s lost his job, his home, and even his vehicle. Recently, James had to make the heartbreaking decision to ask for help rehoming his two beloved dogs Duke and Bailey and we made the decision to bring them to our rescue, as he could no longer care for them. This touched ours and our boards hearts individually where we knew we needed to help outside the scope of our rescue.
Just days ago, James was airlifted to Bismarck to CHI St. Alexius after doctors feared he suffered a heart attack or a blood clot. He’s now facing a heart catheter procedure and possibly surgery. When he leaves the hospital, James will have nowhere to go and no resources to help him recover safely.
We’re asking for your support to help James get back on his feet. Every donation will go directly toward keeping him off the street and giving him a safe place to heal. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser. Your kindness can make all the difference for James right now.
