Help James Rayl Jr give James Rayl Sr his dying wish, And wi

My mother, his wife took her own life when I was 8 years old, and his dying wish is to be cremated and their ashes be put together. He never remarried and I never seen him with another woman my entire life .I now have my mother's ashes please help me do this .My name is James rayl Jr, my father is James rayl senior, he was basically terminally ill, he had congestive heart failure, only 40% capacity of his lungs so for the last 4 months or so he was on oxygen 100% of the time, My best guess would be he would have only lived about three more months, but he was in so much pain that he shot himself in the head in front of me while I was on the phone with 911 because he was having difficulty breathing. Since he took his own life there will be no life insurance payout and I have been basically taking care of him for the past 10 months or so And was trying to get assistance to get paid to be his caregiver because I also have my wife's father lives with me and he is 100% blind. So I have not worked in about a year so I have no funds. Any help would be appreciated.
