James Nolan cancer fund

In late April of 2018, James found out he had stage IV colorectal cancer.  Deciding to fight it to have a chance towatch his grandson grow up, they did a few more tests, he later found out that he had stage IV liver cancer as well.  He started chemotherapy in mid July, but needed to stop for a couple weeks temporarily after getting sepsis the day after he started chemotherapy.   His chemo was successful in shrinking the cancer.  In mid November he had surgery to have his gallbladder and half his liver removed.  He has had to endure more tests and 6-8 weeks of radiation and chemo after the surgery.  In late March 2019, after more tests, he had learned that the tumor had shrunk but had embedded into the muscle of the rectom. Therefore having to be on a colonoscopy bag the rest of his life following a surgery in early may. Update- Surgery went well. A few complications during surgery led to some minor setbacks. But everything turned out for the better and he keeps improving!   Any help is greatly appreciated.  Everything will be going to help with his medical bills.   Will also be hosting a benefit August 10, 2019 at Tom and Gary's Bowling Center in Annandale, MN.  More information will be posted later on.  If you have any ideas, or want to help with the benefit, contact James Nolan's son Brian Nolan on Facebook.
