Help James Nielsen During His Urgent Surgery in Poland

My name is Josh Reid, and I’m a close family friend of the Nielsens. We are reaching out for your help to support James Nielsen and his young family during this unexpected and critical medical emergency.

James, currently living in Poland, has recently been diagnosed with a long-standing heart valve condition that went undetected until now. He urgently needs open-heart surgery to replace the damaged valve with either a mechanical or tissue valve. There is a contingency plan in place should any complications arise, but we are hopeful for a positive outcome.

James’s medical team is working diligently to prepare him for surgery, ensuring he gains enough strength for the procedure. While he is in excellent hands, traveling back home to Australia is not an option, and his condition remains critical.

As you can imagine, this situation has put an immense strain on James, his wife, their young children, as well as his parents John and Shelley, and his siblings, both emotionally and financially. Since James cannot travel home, we are raising funds to bring his family to him so they can be by his side. These funds will also help cover ongoing medical expenses, living costs, and any unforeseen expenses during his recovery.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in easing their financial burden and allowing them to focus on what matters most—James’s recovery.
