We are excited to share that our son, Jimmy, has been selected to represent Australia in football at the 25th Summer Deaflympics, which will be held in Japan this November! At just 16 years old, this marks a major milestone in Jimmy’s life, and we couldn't be prouder of him. However, as with any international competition, there are significant costs involved in getting James to Japan and ensuring he has everything he needs to compete at the highest level.

James has always been passionate about football and has worked hard to reach this point, overcoming challenges with resilience and determination. Being selected to compete on the world stage at the Deaflympics is the culmination of years of hard work, and it’s a dream come true for him. This is not only an opportunity for James to showcase his talent and represent our country but also to inspire others who face similar challenges to pursue their dreams.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards covering travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, training, and gear for the event. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help ensure James can take part in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
