Help with expenses after prostate cancer diagnosis

Hi, I'm James Marrs, 69 years old. I have back problems and am on Social Security with a low income. I was just diagnosed with prostate cancer stage 2 high risk. Starting radiation and therapy for 2 years. need help with medical bills and everyday expenses. Thanks to everyone that can help. God bless everyone
