My name is James King, along with my wife we are writing this for your support. I was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma. This was an accidental finding after a car accident due to an induced seizure from this tumor. I went through brain surgery to remove this mass in which the neurosurgeon was able to remove it. Pathology reports indicated this diagnosis and while Glioblastoma is an agressive and rare type of cancer and this journey will not be an easy one, we are holding on to Hope and God who gives me strength. As my wife, family and friends have said “ I am a fighter”, I have worked hard my whole life to provide, build good relationships and helped others without hesitation. Now, we are asking for your help.
At this moment, my wife is unable to work since I am at a high risk for reoccurrence of seizures therefore I can't drive anywhere, I need medication management and close monitoring since I had craniotomy. Your contributions will pay for medical bills that are not covered under our insurance, access to medical trials, daily living while we are trying to navigate this, insurance premium which alone is 1200 a month for our family or else they will drop coverage, a portion of the house bills that my wife’s salary was covering.
If you can give, no matter the amount, please know that it means the world to us. If you can’t give financially, please consider sharing this page, offering prayer or sending a message of encouragement is greatly appreciated.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for being a part of this challenging fight. Truly greatful!!
