My name is Carisa. Sunday December 7, 2025 My kids suddenly lost their Father James. He fell and hit his head on a curb a week before, and wound up in ICU with brain bleeds. After almost a week succumbed to his injuries. We are caught off guard, all absolutely heartbroken. Before he was intubated he made the decision to make my oldest daughter Hayley his medical POA. At the age of 25 She has had to set aside all of her pain and feelings and make all of the hard decisions for his medical well being and his future, and is now having to plan his funeral, which are very unexpected and expensive. Her father did not have any health or life insurance. I am making this go fund me to try and absorb some of the costs and ease some of the pressure from her.
