Help James kick this sickness like a superhero

Thursday 5/2/19 on Jessica and Roberts four year anniversary, sweet James was airlifted by Angel one to Childrens hospital for what they believe is Kawasaki Shock Syndrome. It was the scariest day of their lives! James had a fever for most of the week prior of 103 with a horrible rash that had spread all over his body. After James's doctor appointment on 5/2/19 he was admitted to BRMC who transferred him ro Childrens. He was in PICU until 5/4/19, where he was moved to a regular hospital room. Infectious disease doctors took hundreds of labs that came back negative. They started a treatment for Kawasaki syndrome and were hoping that would do the trick. Treatment was beginning to work and he was diagnoaed with Kawaski syndrome and the Adenovirus. Everyone was very happy they caught it before there was significant heart damage. The treatment for Kawaski syndrome was beginning to work and James was starting to feel better on 5/6/19 however, the doctors were still concerned about how lethargic he still was. They scheduled an MRI, Echo, and a repeat lumbar puncture which requires sedation. At this point they could not get the IV in due to his veins being blown from being poked and protted from before.
About 9:00 PM James significantly improved! He was acting more like himself wanting to play and eating fries (his favorite)! They had cancelled his lumbar puncture and MRI and were on the road to being dischared!

James decided to stop drinking the next day and they were told before he is dischsred they would like to see him drink something. His eyes were check and were dialated and his fever spiked again.
He then got  second dose of the IVIG treatment for Kawaski syndrome.
As of today he is doing great! If all goes well and his fever does not come back he will be discharged today!! 5/9/19
I will keep updating on here so keep posted!

Through all of this both Robert and Jessica have been missing work. They do have health insurace but it will not cover it all.  We are unsure if the Angel One flight will be covered at all.
We are asking for help for this sweet, caring, beautiful family to cover medical bills, everyday bills, food and room and board while they are away and waiting for James to kick this sickness like a super hero!
Every little bit helps!!
Thank you so much!
