Help my 76 year old mom enjoy the rest of her life at home! Hi, my name is James and I never ask for help for anything for myself, but this is for my dear mother. As some of you may have experienced with your elderly parents, there's no place like home in their eyes and there's no greater joy in mine than to make that happen for my mom. It's just her and I now, I've lost my sister and father recently so I give her all the support I can. I am paying my son to stay with her during the week and I go visit her daily to clean, shop, and get her all the things she needs. Every day after work.

What Happened?

She recently had a plumbing issue at her very old house (1956), every drain was backing up with sewage (gross). I paid for a plumber to come and clear the drain but after a scope was put in the main drain it was discovered that all the cast iron pipes were severely corroded, full of scale, and had roots growing through them. I've had 3 plumbers look at the main sewage drain and all said a total replacement was required.

How can you help?

Glad you asked! Obviously my mom can't stay in a home with raw sewage and she really doesn't want to live anywhere else. I cannot afford the $27,000 that I was quoted to overhaul the plumbing drains. Any help you can provide to help ease this burden and make mons final years worth living I will be very grateful!
